Senior OTM/GTM Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to lead the configuration and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM and GTM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Module Configuration: Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM and GTM modules.
  • GTM Functionalities: Work on end-to-end functionalities of GTM including Trade Compliance Screening, Sanctions Screening, License Management, and Agent Management.
  • OTM Functionalities: Work on end-to-end functionalities of OTM such as Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight Settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs Handling, and Landed Cost.
  • Integration: Integrate OTM/GTM with other Oracle Cloud modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Shipping/3PL systems.
  • Implementation: Participate in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle OTM or GTM Cloud.
  • Lead Fit-Gap Analysis: Lead fit-gap analysis sessions, gather business requirements, and propose best practice solutions.
  • Configuration and Data Conversion: Perform configuration, data conversions, and design/build RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare and manage project documentation including Configuration Guides, Process Flows, User Stories, Test Scripts, and UAT support materials.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Support post-go-live hypercare activities and resolve functional issues.
  • Business Process Enhancements: Collaborate with clients on business process enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Workshops: Lead and support cross-functional workshops for process design, testing, and validation.
  • Solution Presentation: Present solutions to stakeholders using clear documentation and effective communication.
Professional Skills and Qualifications:
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM and GTM: In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM and GTM.
  • OTM/GTM Configurations: Experience in OTM/GTM configurations, data conversions, and integrations.
  • Oracle Implementation Methodologies: Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies and life cycle management.
  • RICE Component Design and Build: Hands-on experience with RICE component design and build.
  • Discovery and Fit-Gap Sessions: Ability to lead discovery and fit-gap sessions with clients.
  • Project Documentation Best Practices: Familiarity with project documentation best practices and agile delivery methods.
  • MS PowerPoint and Documentation Tools: Proficient in MS PowerPoint and documentation tools for effective client communication.
  • Oracle OTM/GTM Certification: Oracle OTM/GTM certification is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
