OTM Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional with detailed technical and functional knowledge of OTM to map business requirements into OTM build activities and support process automation.

About the Role:

The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders to handle OTM requirements, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mapping business requirements into OTM build activities
  • Process automation and optimization
  • Technical integration design and development working with OTM APIs
  • Operational and analytical report design and development
  • Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and configuration
  • Code deployment and migration activities in stage and production environments
  • Data migration and configuration from public cloud to on-prem environment
  • SQL query design and implementation
  • Experience working with Oracle for SR resolution, logging, and data export
  • Rate card structuring/template creation and setup
  • Screen-set and manager layout technical changes
  • Experience working with carrier, 3PL, and other logistics 3rd party integrations technical teams
  • Technical documentation and VPD/security configurations within OTM
  • Workbench configurations and experience working with multiple modes (LTL, FTL, Ocean, Air), service levels, and multi-leg/multi-stop solutions
  • Exceptions management, business monitor, reporting, and alerting
  • Strong problem-solving ability and collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Detailed technical and functional knowledge of OTM
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in workflow agent design, coding, technical configuration, and development
  • Master data, itinerary, order planning, shipment execution, route optimization, network configuration, track and trace, appointment scheduling
  • OTM Data model and Schema in-depth knowledge
  • Technical skills: Oracle, SQL, REST/ SOAP APIs, and data integration
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
