Job Description: OTM Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled OTM Consultant to support and lead OTM implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in OTM modules, SQL, and OTM Cloud along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end OTM implementation including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure and customize OTM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Work on OTM Cloud solutions with strong technical and functional knowledge.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical/functional issues.
  • Ensure best practices, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with OTM modules (planning, execution, fleet management, freight settlement, etc.).
  • Proficiency in OTM Cloud implementation.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
