In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Partnering with customers to define, determine, analyse, document, and communicate the objectives, business requirements, and priorities for TMS and solutions implemented.
- Producing architecture and design artefacts as deliverables to the project scope Maintaining and developing “competitive” implementation and project delivery processes
- Work as a key strategic liaison between the Customer Process owners and Pando Delivery and Product Teams
- Ensure delivery of Technology solutions that generate business value and confirm that the results are measured and communicated. Function as the principal techno-functional advisor for assigned Customers.

- Strategic mindset - Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into business needs to be met in future and planning current solutions keeping that in mind. A good understanding of Industry trends and a strong point of view on future would be of help.
- Business Need Definition - Defines the business outcome that the proposed work will provide using the Business Analysis.
- Business Analysis Planning - Identifies the activities needed to conduct business analysis, level of detail, and approach for eliciting requirements & plan for resources and techniques to document the business needs and solution characteristics.
- Solution Design (From as Is to Be) - Creates and defines the solution design using industry standards, version control, synthesize diagrams and documentation to build a solution that meets buildability, business, technical, security, governance requirements.
- Solution Functional Fit Analysis - Composes and decomposes a system into its component parts using procedures, tools, and work aides for the purpose of studying how well the component parts were designed holistically to meet business, technical, and governance requirements.
- Problem Solving - Solves problems using a systematic analysis process to create problem traceability; determines the assignable cause; implements robust, data-based solutions; identifies the systemic root causes and recommended actions to prevent problem reoccurrence.
- Manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- Optimizes work processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

**Requirements**:
**Required skills & experience**:

- Bachelor’s with an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain (preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience of which the past 5 to 6 years of experience should be in business analysis,
- Solutioning from Freight forwarding / Supply Chain / Logistics Domain.
- Minimum 2 IT solution implementation in Logistic function across industries such as FMCG, Retail,
- Automotive etc.
- Prior experience in developing TMS / related solution with one or many of ERP systems such as SAP,
- OTM, JDE, Infor, Plex etc.
- Experience in IT solutions design, delivery, Technology/Solution Architecture, and consultancy working
- with IT, functional business leaders and teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, lead, create and sustain functional & IT blueprints/roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and situations and make big picture
- design/architecture connections.
- Effective communication skills with others at all levels of the organization - ability to collaborate with IT
- and business to derive the requirements and spec out a solution.
