Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the success of our tax and finance technology products throughout their lifecycle. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Strategy and Vision: Define product strategy and vision based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.
  2. Roadmap Planning and Prioritization: Develop and maintain clear product roadmap aligned with business goals.
  3. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  5. Agile Product Development: Lead agile development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  6. Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
  7. Product Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance metrics, analyze customer feedback, and assess market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably within tax, finance technology, or SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling complex, regulated technology products.
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance systems and finance workflows.
  • Proficiency in product management tools, user story mapping, and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
