Product Manager Role

This is a highly sought-after position for a skilled professional to lead the development and launch of innovative technology products within the tax and finance sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of tax compliance systems, finance workflows, and emerging technologies. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
    • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications with precision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work effectively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
    • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies collaborating with marketing and sales teams on messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
    • Coordinate successful product launches to ensure widespread adoption.
  • Customer Advocacy:
    • Act as the voice of the customer conducting user research and advocating for customer-centric product decisions.
    • Monitor product performance metrics, analyze customer feedback, and assess market trends.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management roles preferably within tax, finance technology, or SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling complex, regulated technology products.
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance systems and finance workflows.
  • Proficiency in product management tools, user story mapping, and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
