Job Title: Global Content Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our global expansion initiatives. This role will manage content projects, leveraging project management tools and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Manage content requests and projects across product UI, documentation, and support materials.
  • Project Tools: Oversee workflows in translation management systems (TMS), including project setup, automation, and quality checks.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing schedules and queries.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Partner with Product, Engineering, Documentation, Marketing, and Support teams to gather requirements and prepare content for localization.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with TMS.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, workflow automation, and vendor management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
