The Business Development Manager & Agency Sales Manager must have experience in the insurance industry, excellent market analysis and lead generation skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of insurance products and compliance regulations, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
We offer a range of individual and group insurance solutions catering to protection, pension, savings, investment, and health needs. Our customers can further customize their plans with optional riders at a nominal price. With a strong presence in our existing markets and a comprehensive base of Financial Consultants, we are committed to providing excellent service to our customers.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic, be results-driven, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a keen eye for detail.
