We are seeking a driven sales professional to expand our demat account business in India.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing demat accounts and related financial services, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client portfolios and provide assistance with demat account setup.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of demat accounts and associated services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting demat services and products.

  • Address client queries and provide timely solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in finance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to comprehend financial products and services related to demat accounts.
  • Good analytical skills to assess client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • High level of motivation and target-oriented approach.
