We are seeking a driven sales professional to expand our demat account business in India.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing demat accounts and related financial services, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage client portfolios and provide assistance with demat account setup.
- Educate clients about the benefits of demat accounts and associated services.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting demat services and products.
- Maintain accurate records of client databases and activities.
- Address client queries and provide timely solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in finance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to comprehend financial products and services related to demat accounts.
- Good analytical skills to assess client needs and provide customized solutions.
- High level of motivation and target-oriented approach.
