Job Title: Demat Sales RepresentativeOur organization is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demat Sales Representative to drive sales of demat accounts and related financial services in India.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts and provide assistance in the demat account opening process.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of demat accounts and related services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting demat services and products.
  • Maintain and update client databases and records accurately.
  • Address client queries and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to understand financial products and services related to demat accounts.
  • Good analytical skills to assess client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • High level of self-motivation and a target-oriented approach.
