Job Title

A Business Development Manager is required to lead and manage a team of Sales Executives in Mumbai.

The role involves achieving sales targets, developing business relationships with distributors, clients, and other stakeholders, and driving growth through effective sales strategies and execution.

  • Sales:
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Distributor Management:
  • Manage a portfolio of distributors, ensuring timely delivery of products, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase distributor engagement and drive sales growth.
  • Client Relationships:
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Relevant skills and qualifications, including knowledge of sales techniques, marketing, and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
