Job Overview

An exceptional opportunity exists for a seasoned Investment Product Manager to spearhead growth and innovation in our Consumer Banking Group.

  • Grow income from Mutual fund distribution business (trail revenue) and Asset under Management (AUMs) by conceptualizing innovative products, coordinating with regional teams, and conducting regular reviews of existing Mutual Fund schemes.
  • Drive sales volume by increasing the number of financial transactions and non-financial transactions through intelligent marketing campaigns, timely roll-outs of cross-sell campaigns, and effective product updates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance investment income, manage demat, ASBA, and other products, and improve sales and operational journeys.
  • Work closely with legal, compliance, marketing IT teams to ensure timely changes in regulations and drive end-to-end processes for new product launches.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, good product knowledge, and the ability to build understanding of demat and ASBA.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, liaise with stakeholders, and provide technical support for digital assets.
