Organizational Development Manager
">The key objective of this position is to develop and implement Human Resource (HR) strategies that drive business success through effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

- Workforce Planning & Strategy: Align HR strategy with business objectives by collaborating with department heads to forecast workforce needs, drive organizational change and workforce planning during expansion and new project launches.">
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment for technical, sales, customer service, finance, and administrative roles, implement strategies to attract skilled labor, site supervisors, architects, and project managers.">
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for resolving employee issues across departments and sites, build an inclusive and performance-driven culture with high morale and low attrition, plan and execute employee engagement events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.">
- Training & Development: Identify training needs for sales teams, engineers, supervisors, and back-office functions, roll out skill enhancement, safety training, and leadership development programs.">
Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferably a master's degree.">
- 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in the real estate or construction sector.">
