">About the Job

We're looking for an experienced Business Head to drive our B2B cold chain logistics growth in India. As a key hire, you'll lead sales efforts to secure new large-scale clients in the perishable food supply chain, leveraging your network and expertise to deliver results.

This is a full-time on-site role based out of Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai /NCR. If you have a proven track record of securing large-scale client partnerships and experience handling operations for such clients, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop sales strategies to acquire new large-scale B2B clients in the perishable food supply chain.
  2. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target companies using your extensive network.
  3. Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling proposals demonstrating JustDeliveries' value proposition.
  5. Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  6. Manage existing client relationships through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
  7. Oversee operational execution of client contracts, ensuring adherence to JustDeliveries' standards.
  8. Monitor and analyze supply chain efficiency for assigned accounts, identifying areas for improvement.
