Quality Assurance Lead

This role is responsible for leading and managing QA teams to deliver high-quality products.

You will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.

The successful candidate will have experience with automation tools such as Selenium and JMeter, and a strong understanding of performance testing principles.

In addition, they will be able to lead cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.

This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage QA teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks
  • Oversee QA processes for large-scale e-commerce projects
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing
  • Design and execute API testing workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership
  • Strong expertise in automation tools such as Selenium and JMeter
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Automation: Selenium
    • Performance Testing: JMeter
    • Cross-Browser Testing: BrowserStack (or similar)
    • API Testing: Postman
    • Test Management: Jira
    • Mobile/WMS Testing: iOS & Android
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with NetSuite-related testing
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization
