Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate recruitment best practices and lead recruitment initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies.
- Screen talent pools to confirm qualifications.
- Create searches for qualified candidates to maintain a talent pipeline.

- Actively build and lead our Employer Branding strategy and campus recruiting activities.
- Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques.
- Partner with other Talent Acquisition team members to coordinate strategies and activities.

- Provide insights and recommendations for future Talent Acquisition needs.
- Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics.
Requirements:
- Degree level study in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 8+ years related recruitment experience.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managers.
- Passion for creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience.
- Knowledgeable in local employment law and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, preferably Workday.
- Proactive, innovative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers.
- Fluent in English.
