Time Operations Specialist

About the Role:

The Payroll Executive will be responsible for collaborating closely with payroll teams to ensure seamless time-to-payroll integration.

This role involves acting as a liaison between timekeeping and payroll operations across multiple geographies.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of how hourly and salaried employees use timesheets in various countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture both attendance and absence data through timesheets.
  • Understand the flow of time data into payroll systems.
  • Evaluate premiums, holidays, and other pay-impacting elements in timesheets.


Data Quality & Reporting:

The successful candidate will be proficient in running system reports to assess time data quality.

This includes identifying anomalies such as zero hours, unusually low or high hours, and missing entries.

A reasonability check by comparing current data with previous pay periods is also required.

The candidate should detect and investigate data inconsistencies before payroll processing.

Historical trends can be used to validate time data and flag potential issues.

Note:
Relevant US Payroll processing experience is not required.
