Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support healthcare workforce operations by providing daily system support, configuration, and issue resolution in close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Operational teams.

This role involves daily operational support for healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems, ensuring accurate scheduling and time tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operational support for healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Configure shifts, leave policies, time rules, and rotational schedules in Workday and ShiftWizard.
  • Troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accurate scheduling and time tracking.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, system rules, and integrations.
  • Participate in audits, system upgrades, validation, and testing cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in ERP system support, preferably in timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Familiarity with Workday Timekeeping (or equivalent systems) and ShiftWizard or similar workforce scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of badge systems and healthcare workforce compliance regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
