About the Role

As a highly skilled IT engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our HR technology systems.

The role requires an individual with expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that meet business needs.

Candidates must have experience working in HR Technology modules of Core HR/Benefits/Compensation/Absence Management/Payroll/Timekeeping.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR technology and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

  • In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • You will design and implement HR technology solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders are essential.
  • The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience working in HR technology.

Key Responsibilities

  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements
