Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Administrative Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing student application files, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to students and staff.
About the Role:
- Manage and maintain student application files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Assist in preparing, verifying, and submitting admission and visa applications.
- Handle documentation for universities, embassies, and other relevant authorities.
Data Management:
- Record Keeping: Maintain student databases, records, and correspondence systematically.
- Update application status and ensure timely follow-ups with universities and stakeholders.
- Generate reports and maintain records of student inquiries, admissions, and visa processes.
Student Support:
- Communicate with students via email, phone, or in-person to provide updates on their applications.
- Guide students on required documentation, deadlines, and processes.
- Schedule counseling sessions, interviews, or meetings as per consultant's instructions.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist senior counselors and management in daily back-office tasks.
- Handle correspondence, prepare letters, and draft official communications.
- Manage office files, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
