As a Creative Projects Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction of multiple projects on a monthly basis. This will involve managing a team of 6-10 designers to deliver high-quality output, while also ensuring their productivity and work efficiency.

  • Developing and implementing project strategies.
  • Coordinating with designers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Enhancing customer experience through effective relationship management.
  • Monitoring and improving design Net Promoter Survey results.
  • Providing training and support to designers as needed.
  • Leading discussions and workshops to drive creative innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Masters or Specialization in Construction Planning Management, Business Administration, or Design Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering at least 10 successful residential or interior projects from start to finish.
