Job Title: Design Project Lead

A key role for a project lead responsible for overseeing the management of multiple design projects. The position entails team leadership, productivity management, and training to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs within specified timelines.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple concurrent design projects from initiation through to completion.
- Ensure effective team management practices are implemented to enhance productivity and output quality.
- Develop and conduct training programs tailored to the needs of designers to optimize their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control project progress, making timely adjustments as needed to stay on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project deliverables or timelines.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Architecture, Interior Design, etc.).
- Masters/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management preferred.
- At least 3 years' experience in interior design/project management.
- Proven track record of delivering at least 10 residential/interior projects from start to finish as a project manager.
