Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver creative, high-quality design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketing, and clients to understand requirements.
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, and execution to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to design team members.
  • Review and ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in Web and Graphic Design.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
