Oracle Flexcube Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Flexcube consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process. They will be responsible for supporting customization and production support for Oracle Flexcube core banking, performing requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs, delivering customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements, managing EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments, and documenting functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions is essential.
  • Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and document technical solutions is crucial.
  • Experience in Parameterization, Customization, and Report Development: Experience in developing custom parameters, customizing software, and creating reports is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Interfaces, Integration with External Systems: Knowledge of how to integrate Oracle Flexcube with external systems is required.
  • Strong Understanding of Banking Domain Process: A strong understanding of the banking domain process and its complexities is essential.
  • Good Experience in Multiple Modules: Experience in multiple modules such as Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, and Treasury is necessary.
