Executive Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee a large team of professionals, focused on serving clients in the Banking and Finance sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Management Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead Sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Experience: 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the Banking and Finance industry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations.

Skills:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive large teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Client Management: Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, particularly at the executive level.
  • Banking and Finance Expertise: Ability to provide strategic consulting and advisory services, particularly around digital transformation.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills with experience handling budgets.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
