As a professional specializing in SAP Advanced Payment Management (APM) solutions for S/4 HANA environments, you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and achieve job satisfaction while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7+ years of experience providing support for SAP APM modules in S/4 HANA environments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert support for SAP APM modules in S/4 HANA environments
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents and service requests related to payment processing
  • Configuring and maintaining payment formats, payment media, and payment methods to ensure seamless transactions
  • Supporting integration between APM and bank communication systems
  • Implementing and maintaining secure bank communication channels and payment processing workflows
  • Conducting thorough root cause analysis for payment processing issues
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for APM processes and configurations
  • Participating in on-call rotation for critical payment processing support
  • Developing and implementing system enhancements related to payment management
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for payment processing across multiple regions
  • A background knowledge of MBC (Multi Bank Connectivity) is beneficial or training will be provided after joining
