Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to support the Chief of Staff in managing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow within our organization.

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Chief of Staff, ensuring seamless coordination and timely resolution of scheduling conflicts.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external communications directed to the Chief of Staff & CEO, drafting and preparing correspondence, memos, and presentations as needed.
  • Organize and maintain documents, files, and records in both physical and electronic formats, ensuring easy access and timely retrieval of information.
  • Prioritize emails and messages, organizing the CEO/Chief of Staff's inbox and responding promptly to urgent matters.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, preparing agendas and gathering necessary materials.
  • Provide administrative support, assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Chief of Staff and CEO.
  • Support special projects and initiatives led by the Chief of Staff, conducting research, data analysis, and coordination with various departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 24 years of relevant work experience in the same field.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and Social Media platforms.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
