Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Product Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries are answered fully and in a timely manner, driving satisfaction and loyalty with our products.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and general support to customers via phone or email
  • Develop and conduct engagement and training sessions across multiple products, clients, and geographies
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex problems and implement solutions
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of payments/card industry preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and conduct training sessions
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment
  • Multi-lingual a plus
