Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished project professional with a proven track record in software development to lead and drive the success of complex web and mobile projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams on technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and expenditures to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments to maintain alignment and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate client meetings, document decisions, and manage expectations to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify risks, handle issues, and implement project changes as needed to minimize disruption and maximize productivity.
  • Track progress, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain accurate project documentation to inform future decision-making.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance process efficiency and improve overall project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in software development (coding skills in Python/PHP preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in web/mobile project delivery, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to support project administration and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
