Key responsibilities include:
- Social Media Management
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to create engaging posts, reels, shorts, and stories.
- Publish daily content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Write compelling captions & CTAs to boost engagement and conversions.
- Manage community interactions (DMs, comments, Telegram groups, WhatsApp broadcasts).
- Track and share user engagement insights with the team.
Performance Marketing
Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS and support ongoing optimizations. Execute A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. Run retargeting campaigns and support funnel optimization.
Analytics & Growth
Track and analyze key organic and paid metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, conversions). Stay updated on social trends, platform algorithms, and ad marketing benchmarks. Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, webinars, and testimonials.
Qualifications:- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media & Performance Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and UTM tagging.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with YouTube Lives or webinars.
- Knowledge of SEO for social content, hashtag strategies, and lead-gen via CTAs.
- Interest in finance-related content.
