Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing automation workflows on a timely basis with precision as per the requirements.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders on queries raised by them and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Demonstrate technical and programming skills in Adobe Campaign, JavaScript, CleverTap, CRMNext, and Siebel.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Design, develop, and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign including JavaScript.
  • Monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications, and ensure they are executed correctly.
  • Manage communication status reporting; define standard delivery reports and create new ad-hoc reports using available tools such as SQL and Adobe Campaign.
  • Analyze key campaign performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize campaign design.
  • Drive the migration of existing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA/BE with 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Well-versed in Adobe Campaign Classic, JavaScript, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, Excel functions, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with analytical skills.
  • Able to quickly understand and anticipate business requirements and outline the benefits.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures.
