Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms.

This is a full-time remote job that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing. You should have hands-on experience with campaign management tools and a proven track record of driving results-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Conduct audience research and create targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure ROI
  • Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions quickly
  • Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns
