About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Management professional to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for delivering value-add transformative programs for our organization and customers.

The ultimate mission is to deliver an extraordinary outcome for our customers and propel our business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and execution of changes to the infrastructure
  • Providing support for IT hardware, facilities environmental, and facilities infrastructure management
  • Monitoring and management of data room facilities operations in the region
  • Overseeing technical support of a complex nature for facilities environments, hardware, and capacity requirements
  • Managing a functional cross-border team with a single mature culture
  • Ensuring consistency of operations, responsibilities, and cross-border reporting
  • Restoring service for all incidents within specified SLAs
  • Coordinating office moves, restructures, and new builds
  • Ensuring space and capacity availability in branch office data centers
  • Facilitating preventive maintenance and planning for branch office data center facilities
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in technology infrastructure management and operations
  • Hands-on experience in running large-scale data centers
  • Large-scale understanding of Data Centre Facilities Infrastructure and their operations across multiple countries
  • Maintaining mission-critical production systems in a data center environment with high availability
  • Knowledge of DCIM, DC infrastructure, UPS, PDU, ATS, CRAC, Racks, Panels, etc
  • Server, storage, and networking hardware knowledge
  • Functional knowledge of connectivity, redundancy, resiliency, and operating systems
  • Knowledge of physical security, information security, compliances, standards, assessments, and audits
  • Familiarity with tool sets such as Service Now, SMS, OVO, Dell ITA, Intelliwatch, MOM, Whats up Gold, DCIM
  • Ability to document processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of Servers, SAN, and Storage environmental needs
  • Strong working knowledge in ITIL Incident Management and Change Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
  • Able to keep records, generate reports, and analyze data as necessary
  • Ability to work and team effectively with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
