About the Role:- Coordinate all work requests received through email, phone, or other forms of communication
- Collaborate with the on-site team to dispatch and collect work orders
- Collect closed work orders to close calls
- Produce reports based on collected data
- Any Graduate degree
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with various types of people
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
