Job Title: Product Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing and optimizing support processes.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, comes with a customer-centric approach, has a bias for action, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

  • Understand customer needs and expectations to provide effective and timely support.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the support team.
  • Provide technical guidance to the support team and customers.
  • Lead and inspire a team of support professionals to achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities include leading and managing the Customer Support team, delivering exceptional support and technical assistance to our customers, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through proactive problem-solving and efficient resolution of escalated issues.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and measuring metrics for customer support teams (SLA's, CSAT, Response and Resolution Time).
  • Overseeing the resolution of customer issues through various channels (tickets, chat, email, phone).
  • Monitoring and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) for support response and resolution times.

This role requires excellent troubleshooting, presentation, and documentation skills. The ideal candidate must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize issues based on complexity and severity, result-oriented and great attention to details.
