
Business Development Specialist

As a seasoned Relationship Builder, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring business continuity through strategic relationship management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential clients to explain the home loan process, setting realistic expectations and fostering strong relationships.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and requirement analysis to advisory services, commercial negotiations, and timely loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets from designated regions, enhancing revenue streams.
- Effectively manage relationships with connectors and builders to drive strong business outcomes.
- Convert digital leads into sanctioned and disbursed loans, optimizing conversion rates.
- Organize and track all potential leads, maintaining accurate MIS records.
- Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to expand business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, products, and provide actionable insights to the central product and policy team.
- Maintain excellent internal and external customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with audit/NHB regulations, upholding industry standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field.
