Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Professional to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring cost-efficient and timely procurement of materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet project requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost-efficiency.
- Identify, qualify, and manage key suppliers; build strong partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor performance for quality, timeliness, and reliability.
- Oversee RFQs, supplier selection, purchase orders, customs clearance, and logistics to ensure timely and compliant material delivery to sites.
- Monitor procurement expenses, enforce cost-control measures, and optimize spend without compromising quality or timelines.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams; manage warehouse and inventory operations; and provide regular procurement, cost, and delivery reports to leadership.
- Expertise in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
- Strong skills in supplier identification, qualification, and management.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and favorable terms.
- Proficiency in managing the full procurement cycle (RFQs, POs, customs, logistics).
- Experience in cost control and expense monitoring.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations.
- Ability to generate and present procurement, cost, and delivery reports.
