Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and improve supplier relationships.
  • Analyze spend data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and sourcing needs.
  • Implement and maintain procurement systems and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as supply chain management, procurement, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and systems, including contract management and spend analysis tools.
