Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure our product meets the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manual testing of software applications, including test case creation, execution, and reporting.
  • Design and development of tools for test management, execution, and reporting to enhance the overall software testing process.
  • Strong process knowledge in quality assurance, with a focus on identifying and resolving quality issues.
  • Collaboration with developers to report and troubleshoot issues.
  • Preparation of test cases for module, integration, and system testing.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in testing web and windows-based applications.
  • Hands-on experience in performance testing.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows File Server, and SQL is an advantage.
  • Experience with Atlassian products and XRAY is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
