About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Agriculture Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our agricultural projects.

  • Manage farm activities, including crop planning, soil management, and equipment maintenance, to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Supervise a team of farmers and ensure that they adhere to industry best practices and company policies.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase crop yields, improve overall performance, and enhance the organization's market presence.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on farm production, financial performance, and quality control measures.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation, regulatory compliance, and successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in agriculture or related field, such as agronomy or horticulture.

  • At least 0-6 years of experience in farm management or related roles, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, enabling effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
