- Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful insights and trends.
- Engage potential clients, close business deals, and contribute to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Ability to learn about products and services, effectively communicating their value to prospects.
- Excellent communication skills in English (preferably Hindi).
- Cool-tempered, able to handle rejection, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Outstanding negotiation skills, resolving issues, and addressing complaints.
