About Life Skills Programs:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to oversee the successful implementation of life skills programs at schools across Hyderabad. As an Implementation Coordinator, you will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program delivery.

The role requires a self-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, going beyond defined tasks to ensure program success. Key responsibilities include overseeing program development, implementation, and data collection and reporting.

Program Development:

  1. Work closely with content team to ensure quality of the program, with close involvement in creation, review and signoff of the programs prior to implementation.
  2. Day to day involvement with the content team and actively participate in content quality and ensure program readiness to go to the market.
  3. Actively participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers and students as workshops, seminars and training programs.

Program Implementation:

  1. Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
  2. Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions as required for smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools.
  3. Ensure to keep the communication flow open with all the stakeholders for smooth functioning and program success.

School Collaboration:

  1. Presentations and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools to support business development activities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and feedback from the schoolteachers and management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  3. Proven experience in coordinating, training and implementing educational programs in schools.

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in life skills education or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the Indian education system.
