Key Role: ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and execute JD Edwards ERP activities during organizational transitions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and supporting financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing JDE processes for company separation, data extraction strategies, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement JDE processes for company separation, including inactivation of accounts, closure of company codes, and data extraction strategies.
  • Configure and support financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups.
  • Lead historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities.
  • Ensure seamless integration with systems like SAP, Hyperion, and EBS during transitions.
Data Migration & Integration
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure accurate and timely transfer of data.
  • Implement SOX-compliant security measures using tools like All Out.
  • Generate and review SOD, sensitive access, and firefighting ID reports.
Documentation & Training
  • Prepare detailed process documents, runbooks, and training materials for users.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create self-help documentation to reduce support tickets.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 12 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules.
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
  • Strong understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
