ERP Implementation Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Zoho One specialist to improve our business operations. Our goal is to transition to a new, integrated ERP solution within Zoho One, built on Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Creator.

This role requires both technical capability and practical business process understanding. You will work closely with our team members who have already begun setting up the system.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize our new ERP environment in Zoho for invoicing, AR/AP, inventory management, and customer management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as needed to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools, such as payment gateways and e-commerce platforms, where necessary.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience implementing Zoho One, especially with Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Skills in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • A strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to collaborate live with our team over Zoom.
