NetSuite Implementation and Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and timely completion.
  • Develop and enforce NetSuite governance policies, including change management, release cycles, and system integrity.
  • Oversee solution architecture, system testing, data migration, and training to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation, and system integrations to enhance overall efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with system integrators and third-party tools.
  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology and industry verticals.
  • Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and NetSuite integration tools.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or experience managing agile ERP projects.
  • Experience managing multi-phase ERP rollouts or global NetSuite environments.
