Job Title: BIM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of BIM Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project teams in adhering to Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation plans, including model submittal schedules and updates reflecting as-built conditions.
  • Deliver client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services.
  • Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare comprehensive drawing packages.
  • Maintain technical capability of BIM Level of Development (LOD) 300, with knowledge of LOD 400 and 500.
  • Coordinate and develop designs from conception to construction using BIM processes like 5D/4D.
  • Manage 3D models, review model quality, and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with BIM Execution Plans.
  • Analyze models provided by architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Demonstrate expertise in parametric and non-parametric family creation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Recap.
