BIM Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, internal team management, reviewing project deliverables, QA/QC oversight, and ensuring timely project delivery.

The role requires strong technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines, a proactive and professional approach to training, BIM implementation, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and objectives.
  • Monitor and review project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants for modelling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize scripts, while training team members in their usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Knowledge of modern construction methods and sustainable engineering practices.
  • Experience coordinating with international project teams and adhering to global standards.
