About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a BIM Modeler. This role will play a key part in supporting the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and BIM Leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all formal BIM correspondence.
  • Support the deployment of hardware and software, and deliver training sessions for BIM software to project teams.
  • Develop and update BIM object libraries and quality templates according to organizational standards.
  • Conduct regular QA/QC checks to ensure the quality and compliance of all BIM submissions.
  • Validate models for accuracy and export data for design and commercial use, as well as perform clash detection.
  • Prepare reports and models for value engineering and constructability analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, including ethics, safety, and ISO standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years experience in CIVIL 3D modeling, specifically in track works, rail utilities, drainage modeling, and multi-disciplinary design workflows.
  • Proficiency in a range of authoring, scripting, design review, coordination, simulations, and collaboration applications.
  • Knowledge of 3D coordination processes and ability to develop analytical reports and presentations.
