Wind Turbine Foundation Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Wind Turbine Foundation Design Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing wind turbine generator (WTG) foundations for large-scale renewable projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize WTG foundations using international standards and best practices.
  • Perform load and stress calculations to ensure structural integrity.
  • Select cost-effective and sustainable construction materials aligned with international standards.
  • Prepare and review design documents, including structural design basis reports, bills of quantities, drawings, and calculation packages.
  • Collaborate with geotechnical, electrical, and civil experts to deliver holistic project designs.
  • Ensure compliance with BIS, ASCE, AISC, SBC, EUROCODE, and other international standards.
  • Support certification processes with external consultants and agencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement while balancing safety, quality, and cost optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred).
  • Master's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (Advanced Structural Analysis preferred).
  • 8-12 years of experience in the Power & Utilities / Renewable Energy sector with proven WTG foundation design expertise.
  • Proficiency in software: STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RFEM/RSTAB, SAFE, ETABS, PLAXIS 2D/3D.
  • Strong knowledge in geotechnical risk assessment, seismic hazard analysis, hydrological risk assessment.
  • Expertise in wind turbine foundation design.
