Project Implementation Specialist

This is a key role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of project implementations with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end planning and communication between scrum teams, squads, and shared teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure release Change Control, lead technical installations, and track software versions and configurations.
- Communicate and report status and metrics to stakeholders effectively.
- Plan and integrate project commitments consistently across Platform and Product Managers, scrum masters, and shared teams.
- Remove impediments impacting cross-scrum and shared teams.
- Drive process, cadence, and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams.
- Plan Feature Integration/Program Integration reviews with stakeholders.
- Protect teams from outside tasking and interact with scrum masters, not scrum team members.
- Support risk management and mitigations.
- Act as a communication liaison between scrum masters and shared teams, Product managers, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for influencing non-technical and technical staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adaptively with other experts and teams.
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
